1
Power Flow
A dynamic, heat-building vinyasa flow designed to build strength, balance, and presence. This class follows a powerful, intuitive sequence that links breath with movement, challenging you to explore your edge while staying grounded in mindful alignment. Expect strong standing poses, fluid transitions, core activation, and a balanced mix of effort and ease—all in a heated room for a deeper, detoxifying practice. Open to all levels with modifications offered throughout. Classes are either 60 or 75 minutes and the room is heated to 95°.
2
Foundations Flow
A technique-focused vinyasa class that moves at a slower, more deliberate pace than Power Flow. Emphasis is placed on alignment, breath, and mindful transitions, creating space to refine movement and build strength with intention. Set in a gently heated room (around 80°), this class focuses on fundamental postures, breath awareness, and smooth transitions, with clear cueing and options offered throughout. A great place to learn proper alignment, slow things down, and establish a strong, sustainable yoga practice.
3
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is an unheated, mindful, breath-centered vinyasa class that moves at a relaxed pace, allowing time to explore alignment, strength, and sensation. Expect longer holds, smooth transitions, and a balanced blend of movement and stillness designed to build stability, mobility, and awareness. Class concludes with gentle restorative postures and the optional use of essential oils to support deep relaxation and integration.
4
Kinstretch®
Kinstretch® is a movement and mobility class focused on improving joint health, strength, and active flexibility. Using controlled, intentional exercises, this class builds strength at your end ranges of motion to help increase resilience, reduce injury risk, and improve overall movement quality. Classes are non-heated, low-impact, and suitable for all levels—no prior mobility experience required
